OM Restaurant in Rostock

I like to order chicken Shahi Korma with extra bread and dips once a month. I do this mainly because: - The quality is consistent, - it tastes delicious, - sometimes there is papadam with dips, - the delivery times are good, - the staff is friendly, - the prices are OK. Unfortunately, the restaurant is often quite empty, even before Corona times, although I have had very good experiences so far. Every now and then the bhatura bread was a bit dry, which I like to overlook, because it is a small thing and the above points speak for the restaurant, so I prefer it to the competition, which Shahi Korma also offers in Rostock.

Ordered there for the first time a few days ago. At first I was a little put off by the restaurant. From the outside it said "new-pizza-burger-casseroles", was not what I had imagined. But luckily I'm still in and have ordered. It was delicious, I still had the curry taste in my mouth for ages and the prices are fair. I will come again and recommend the restaurant to others. ?

I called and asked if the delivery would go faster after all and the answer was really nice and the waiting time was shortened by 20 minutes.

Hello dear readers. View it was pleasant. Only something went wrong with the preparation. Because when I read with coconut milk I do not assume that cream will be taken. It should be said to someone. Because it can be painful if you don't tolerate cream so well.

Not recommendable. The operators have too much to do with themselves.

Lovely, calm ambiance, ideal for your meal. My sister is vegetarian and also enjoyed her meals here, loads of several vegetarian options also. Sis and I stopped by here throughout a shopping trip, lovely food and speedy service. Our table have been reserved for my sister's birthday, she was really excited and the place appeared wonderful. Very welcoming personnel, had not recently been here before but would come back again.

Great food, great decor, but much too cold - heating was only switched on at our request - and in winter. Too bad that shortened our stay.

Dishes were authentic and well priced. The restaurant could do more if Sri Lanka / India would be implemented more consistently.

Have ordered twice before and after one hour our order was delivered super warm. It was delicious and the bread with the delicious dips also tastes very good. We'll be coming over such a real visit soon.

Food delicious, delivery incomplete. Instead of the menu is just the main product without side dishes, the order is not read properly. Supplier can hardly speak German, a description of the problem was as good as impossible, rudeness is added.

Very friendly staff. You can sit inside and outside. The price performance ratio is very good and we felt good. Thank you for a nice evening.

I would not say that I disliked the place, but it is not somewhere I would look forward to going again. The chicken dishes were so-so and most of them had the same gravy. Do not order the garlic naan. It is no different than a regular naan. We liked the saag chicken though. The onion pakoda was good as well. Mango lassi and mango shakes were normal.

Food ordered, but the people apparently had no desire to deliver and so did not matter. Called, asked and in response came only: "we have not received any orders-we are closing time!" Top loading, I'd say. Absolutely recommended!

Great food, price performance is right in any case. Clear air is up but it is not a fine restaurant and price performance just fits.

A good dinner, the food was tasty and not too spicy. I appreciated that they serve food from Southern India, this is not very common. I'll go back, I'm sure.

Good Indian taste and the environment is also good. The service was quick.

The restaurant "OM" is Indian, you can eat there very well. We are very happy with the food, the map is clear and self-explanatory. The food is fresh, which requires a bit longer waiting times. It is not a comparison to the Bombay Palace which was in the same place. With the bad reputation, the OM has to fight without being able to do anything.

On our most recent cruise, my husband was admitted in emergency hospital in Rostock. During our stay (6 days) Kartik- the owner came in my life as an Angel, a God send. He prepared food whatever my husband wanted as he lost taste due to antibiotics. He offered euroes since I was running out of money. Bought cereal, milk and refused to accept money. My Angel, I remember you every day. Thanks to your staff and you! God Bless!

Nice Indian restaurant. But, taste of some dishes were not as expected. Many tastes good!

Very tasty and very friendly service. We celebrated a birthday and stayed there for 4 hours. The service was friendly at all times and not at all intrusive. Every wish was fulfilled. We felt very comfortable. The food was also very tasty and well presented.
